Andy edited this short narrative film that was nominated for the 2008 Student Academy Awards. The film is a character drama about a school portrait photographer and his new assistant. The film was an official selection of the following film festivals: Nashville, Newport Beach, Big Apple.
Andy produced, directed, and edited this short documentary film in South Africa. The film tells the story of a South African hip hop dancer. He struggles to provide troubled youth a new home, a deep Christian faith, and some killer dance moves.

Andy produced media content for a campaign for prison reform that harnessed the power of stories. Andy created video interviews of prison family members. He worked on a radio program for people to call in and send greetings to their loved ones in prison.
Andy produced videos for a campaign for rural broadband Internet access. He produced, directed, and edited a music video called “Dial-Up Blues.” Andy edited videos that were submitted by community members.

Andy produced, directed, and edited this promotional video showcasing the non-profit organization “Girls Gotta Run.” This organization is dedicated to helping Ethiopian women runners get the shoes they need but can’t afford.

Andy edited this promotional video documenting the non-profit organization “Church Under the Bridge.” This religious charitable organization provides services to the homeless in Lexington, Kentucky. Services offered include free meals, clothing, medical care, and hair cuts.

Andy produced, directed, and edited this short documentary film in New York City. The film is an intimate profile of button vendor Nam Sankirtan, who sells political buttons in Manhattan’s Union Square Park. Nam tells his story of coming to America from the Philippines, becoming a hippie, joining the Hare Krishna Temple, and finding recovery from drug addiction.

Andy played the lead role in the short film “Andy and Zach,” official selection of the 2011 Sundance Film Festival. The film is directed by Nick Paley and also features Zach Woods, the actor who plays Gabe on NBC’s The Office.
